prerequisites package:

donlod g2ipmsg from here
i'm using the g2ipmsg-0.9.6 source package and ubuntu intrepid 8.10
after that untar the package with:
#tar zxvf g2ipmsg-0.9.6.tar.gz
#cd g2ipmsg-0.9.6
# ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --enable-systray \
--with-ext-charcode=CP932 --disable-doxygen-doc
Check if the configure command is working with no errors and after there are no errors go to the next step which is:
#make
Check if this has errors too hopefully the prerequisites are helping, and after a sucessfull 'make' the next step is:
#make install
after this u will be able to check if the installation successfull or not simply just try to find an icon on your desktop or list this file 'g2ipmsg' in /usr/bin folder.
after u are able to find the file try to run in with:
$sudo /usr/bin/g2ipmsg
or press F2 and type gksudo /usr/bin/g2ipmsg
this should work, pray first before compiling. :P
